Embrace puberty with confidence, not concern

This class will ensure that boys understand how their body works and how to stay healthy and safe.

Taking the fear and possible frustration out of puberty will provide confidence in boys and open up communication about sensitive topics because everyone will understand this is just a biological transformation that every male goes through.

The class also introduces safety tips about peers and being online to hopefully prepare them before they make unknowingly poor choices.

  • where to start the conversation and smoothly transition between topics
  • taking the fear out of puberty and explaining the details without mentioning fertilization or babies
  • covering topics you may not have thought about explaining like: wet dreams, inhibiting ejaculations, health concerns to be aware of and so much more!
  • expelling myths and misinformation
  • teaching a child that would prefer to learn on their own, but you want to be sure it’s accurate and thorough and not just searching topics that will lead to inappropriate sites

Imagine if ..... your child knows you’re comfortable about this topic and confident you know all the answers so they come to you with questions and open up about what’s going on with their body.

What if ..... you had these relaxed simple conversations now about puberty which led them to feel more comfortable opening up about relationships or other sensitive topics in their lives later? It’s never too late to start these conversations and make sure your child understands all the details about puberty.

I believe ..... that factual education and open communication with children will help lead them to feeling empowered to stay healthy, safe and hopefully avoid costly mistakes.

That’s why I created this class! Want to join me in ending the taboo of talking about our bodies and empower your child?

My dedication to the subject of health education is fueled by my passion for fostering open dialogue and therefore providing parents and children the tools and knowledge to navigate complex stages of life with confidence and clarity. I strive to break down the barriers of discomfort and misinformation by engaging students and parents with compassion and factual education.

My personal experiences raising 5 children, along with teaching or working in a wide variety of settings with ages ranging from newborn to adult, has given me insight into the many challenges kids and parents face.

I want to be a mentor to walk alongside anyone who desires a bit of help during some of life's challenging stages. If I can help families prevent heartache through early education and empowered confidence as children and then adults, my life purpose will be fulfilled.

Parenting is hard, but I strive to make it a little easier sharing my wisdom so that your journey becomes more organic and a little less stressful.

FAQ's

Q - Can I share my link with others?

A - No, your purchase is for your family only, unless you are gifting the class to someone else.

Q - Is this class gender inclusive?

A - No, these and all my courses will only refer to males and females born as one or the other

Q - How long will I have access to the class?

A - 6 months. If you need to access it beyond that time just email me for updated access

Q - Is this class still necessary if my child has already started puberty?

A - Absolutely! There is more in this class than you would ever think to explain and it will help answer questions they may have or expel fears they didn't share with you.

Q – What sensitive topics are mentioned?

A – These topics are introduced briefly: slang words, masturbation, suicide, bullying, online predators, grooming, private parts and addiction

Q - Why are some of those topics in a puberty class?

A – Mental health is quickly becoming an increasing problem because kids have access to screens from a very young age. Encountering porn and predators is just a matter of time, not if anymore. The majority of parents just don’t realize the consequences of unmonitored access to gaming, the internet and social media. I have heard too many stories of “wish I had known”. These topics also need to become part of our regular conversations too. If I can introduce these terms for you, than you can use them as a springboard for continued conversations to keep your child safe and healthy. We have to make our children aware as soon as we allow them around screens, or friends that have screens. Mental health is part of state standards for school curriculum so if you opt-out of public education all together, or just for this segment of curriculum, my class covers all the topics so you can use it instead.

Q – What if my child gets the answers to the quiz wrong?

A – No problem! The quiz will tell them if the answer is correct or not. When they are finished, they will get a score and can then retake the quiz if they want to.
